A Neblla app's canonical layout is six files: index.html, main.css, client.js (front-end) plus three server-side files under server/ split by lifecycle phase — server/lobby.js (matchmaking), server/gathering.js (waiting window between joinRoom and startRoom, decides when to start), and server/room.js (authoritative game logic, runs after startRoom). All three run on the room's SERVER PEER (a device the SDK picks, opaque), never on the presenter. CLIENT and the three SERVER files communicate ONLY through events (sendMessage / tellPresenter / tellServer / messageToServer / messageFromServer / on('message')) — never direct function calls. The server-side files run in an isolated scope with no DOM access. New API: bookRoom accepts {config} payload exposed as neblla.room.config; the presenter (or server/gathering.js) calls startRoom() to flip a gathering room into running; the server peer broadcasts state with setState(state) (clients get a `state` event and neblla.state). createRoom() is preserved as @legacy. TRUST MODEL: built-in protections that always apply — private user data (.data) never leaves the user's session (only publicInfo is shared); payments are fully server-mediated through Stripe (the server only sees purchase results, never card details or fake-grant powers); cheating accounts can be banned from the developer backoffice. Optional anti-cheat FEATURES: neblla.confirm(eventName, value) is an observe-and-report primitive — every user calls it from client.js when they see an event, the server peer cross-checks the reports; on mismatch it auto-fires neblla.flag() which marks the room and bumps flagCount on every user. Devs see flagCount in the backoffice for spotting cheaters across rooms. NOTE: presenter and server peer are DIFFERENT roles. user.isPresenter is the UI host (the bingo caller, the Jackbox screen) — addressed via neblla.tellPresenter(data); use it from client.js to gate host UI like \"Start game\" buttons. The server peer (runs server/lobby.js / server/gathering.js / server/room.js) is addressed via neblla.tellServer(data); it has no exposed identity — there is no neblla.server property and no user.isServer flag, so never write code that inspects a server-peer id.
