EveryBeloved ("we", "us") is a small made-to-order store run by one person in Chengdu, China. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. It's written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, country, the product and quantity you ordered. Needed to make and ship your piece, and to reply to you.
• Photos you send us — the photo of your pet used for your piece. We keep it only as long as needed to make and, if necessary, remake your piece, then delete it. We never publish, sell, or share your photos.
• Payment information — handled entirely by PayPal or Coinbase Commerce. We never see or store your card numbers.
• Basic analytics — anonymous page-view and purchase counts on our own dashboard, to understand which pages and products matter. No third-party ad trackers, no cross-site profiling.
• Emails you subscribe with — only if you join the mailing list. You can unsubscribe from any email, anytime.

What we never do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We don't share your photos with anyone outside the workshop that makes your piece.
• We don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Who else touches your data

To deliver an order we use: the workshop that makes your piece (receives your photo and instructions only), an international tracked shipping line (receives your name, address, and phone for delivery), and PayPal or Coinbase Commerce for payment. Each handles data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use a small amount of local storage to remember things like whether you've seen the welcome offer. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

Your choices

Email us at xka0085@gmail.com to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted (order records we must keep for tax and accounting are the exception). We'll respond personally, usually within a few days.

Children

Our store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
