Your piece is made to order — one at a time, no shelf stock. Then it's QC-checked and photographed before it leaves, and you get the photos.
Day 4–6 — Packed & shipped
Gift-ready packaging, handed to an international tracked line. Your tracking number is sent to you the same day.
Day 6–15 — On the way
7–12 days in transit to most countries, tracked the whole way, delivered to your door. If tracking stalls, we watch it and tell you.
