Your pet, tooled into a piece of veg-tan leather by hand and set in a brass ring. The portrait is raised — you can feel the fur and the shape of the nose with a fingertip, which is why people carry these instead of a photo. Four sizes, and you can add a back engraving, a belt loop or a cord.
Express service +$15 — we move your piece to the front of the queue, then 3 days to our shipper and 5–8 days on the faster line. About 2 weeks instead of 3. Choose it at checkout.

Tooled by hand, one at a time
Each portrait is carved into the leather with hand tools. Nothing is printed or stamped — the surface is raised, so it catches light and you can feel it.

Full-grain veg-tan leather
Italian full-grain vegetable-tanned hide, hand stitched with waxed linen thread and finished with solid brass hardware. It darkens and softens with handling, like a good wallet.

Four sizes, one or two pets
From a 6.5cm round tag up to a 12 by 8cm piece with two portraits. Tell us the size when you order.

You are in the loop the whole way
We keep in touch while your piece is being made, not just at the end. If the likeness is drifting, we say so and adjust. We keep at it until it looks like them — we are not going to ship something we would not carry ourselves.

Add-ons if you want them
Back engraving, a belt loop, a leather cord, a carved paw or a small bow. Add any of these by message and we will quote the difference before we start.

Questions people ask
What if the first attempt does not look like them?
Then we are not finished. We stay in touch while it is being made and show you where it is going, so you can say "that is not his ear" early rather than after it ships. We keep working on it until it reads as your pet.
How long does it take?
About one to two weeks to tool, then ten to fifteen days in transit. Much faster than a painting.
What photo do you need?
One clear, front-on photo in daylight. The tooling is a portrait in leather, not colour, so a sharp photo matters more than a pretty one.
Can I have two pets on one piece?
Yes — the 12×8cm size is made for two portraits. For three or more, message us and we will see what fits.
Can I add their name?
Yes. Engraving on the back is an add-on. Tell us the wording and we will confirm it fits before starting.
Can I return it?
No — it is tooled from your pet and nobody else would want it. If it arrives damaged or the portrait is wrong, we remake it or refund you.
