Do I have to send you my pet's fur?
No — and we would rather you did not. The front plate lifts off so you can add a pinch of fur yourself at home. The keyring ships empty.
How much fur does it hold?
A pinch. The chamber behind the plate is shallow, which is what keeps the keyring flat. A small tuft from a brush is plenty.
Can I put ashes in it instead?
It is not sealed for ashes — the plate presses on rather than screwing shut. For ashes, the Keepsake Pendant has a proper screw-top chamber.
Can I add their name?
Yes, up to about ten characters on the front plate. Leave it blank if you would rather it stayed plain.
