Suction Tug Toy

Sticks to the floor. Your dog does the rest.

From $19.99

A TPR ball on a bungee cord with a strong suction base. Press the base to a hard floor and it holds while your dog pulls — which is the point: most dogs will tug far longer than they will chase. The ball also has holes, so you can push treats inside and it becomes a slow feeder.

Express service +$15 — we move your piece to the front of the queue, then 3 days to our shipper and 5–8 days on the faster line. About 2 weeks instead of 3. Choose it at checkout.

Why you will love it

01
A tug partner that never gets tired
The suction base holds on smooth floors, so the toy pulls back. Dogs that ignore a ball on the floor will often work on one that resists them.
02
Also a slow feeder
Push small treats into the holes in the ball and it becomes a puzzle. Two jobs, one toy — useful on a rainy day.
03
TPR, not hard plastic
Soft enough to mouth, firm enough to hold its shape. It is not indestructible — no tug toy is — so put it away when the game ends.
04
Two sizes
5cm for puppies and small dogs, 7cm for medium and large. Pick by the size of the mouth, not the weight of the dog.

Questions people ask

Will it stick to carpet?
No. Suction needs a smooth, non-porous surface — tile, laminate, polished concrete or glass. On carpet or a rug it will pull straight off.
Is it safe to leave with my dog?
No, and we would rather say so. It is a tug toy: the cord and the ball are meant to be used with you, not left alone. Put it away after the game and check the cord for fraying.
What size should I get?
Choose by mouth size. A 5cm ball suits a puppy or a small breed; a 7cm ball suits medium and large dogs. A big dog with a small ball is a swallowing risk.
Can I put food in it?
Yes — the holes take small treats or kibble, which turns it into a slow feeder. Wash it in warm water afterwards.
