Hand painted

Hand-Painted Oil Portrait

Painted from your photo, by hand.

From $329

A real painting of your pet, worked up by hand from a photo you send. Not a print, not a filter — brush on canvas, with the texture you can see at an angle. Because each one is painted to order, the price depends on the size, so tell us the size you want and we will quote you before anything is started.

Why you will love it

Brush on canvas, not a print

Every portrait is painted by hand. Up close you can see the brushwork and the grain of the canvas — which is the whole reason to have a painting rather than a photo print.

Four sizes, quoted before we start

From 30cm square up to 60 by 80cm. Tell us the size and the photo, and we confirm the price and the timeline before any paint goes down.

Painted from your photo

One clear photo is enough. If the photo is soft or dark we will say so and ask for another, rather than paint a guess.

Rolled in a tube, not framed

It ships rolled to keep the freight sane and the corners safe. Any local framer can stretch it for a modest fee.

Questions people ask

Why is there no price?

Because the price depends on the size, and on how much detail your photo needs. Tell us the size you want and we quote you in one message — no obligation, and nothing is painted until you agree.

How long does it take?

About 3–4 weeks to paint, then 2–3 weeks in transit. Roughly six to eight weeks in total. That is a long wait for a memorial piece, so we would rather say it plainly now than surprise you later.

Will it look like my pet?

That is the only thing that matters, and it is why we ask for a good photo. If the finished painting is not a likeness, tell us before we ship and we will have it repainted.

Can I return it?

No — it is painted for you and nobody else would want it. If it arrives damaged, or the likeness is wrong, we repaint it or refund you.
