Will it look like a photo?
It is engraving — clean lines, no colour. It reads as a drawn portrait, which is what most people prefer on metal. If you want full colour, tell us and we will say honestly whether it is possible.
My pet has passed. Can you still make it?
Yes, and it is the reason most of these are ordered. Send the best photo you have, even an old one — we check it before making anything.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
