What photo works best?
One front-on photo in daylight where the face fills most of the frame. If yours is not clear enough, we will tell you before we start.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No — it is engraved with your pet's portrait, so nobody else could wear it. If it arrives damaged or the wrong size, we remake it or refund you.
