Questions people ask
Can I have the whole body, not just the head?
Head-and-shoulders is the standard size for this magnet, and it is what the photos show. If your photo includes the whole pet and you would rather keep the legs and tail too, message us first — it needs a larger piece and a different price, and we would rather quote you than guess.
What if the painting does not look like my pet?
We send you a photo before it ships. If the colouring or markings are wrong, we repaint it at our cost. You never pay for a bad match.
Is it plaster? Will it break?
It is resin, which is much tougher than plaster. It will survive a fridge door. It is not indestructible, so do not drop it on tile.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No — it is painted from your pet's photo. Damage or a bad match is repainted or refunded.
