Do I have to send you fur?
No, and we would rather you did not. The locket opens so you fill it yourself at home.
Will it hold ashes?
Not properly — it unscrews rather than sealing. For ashes we would point you to a screw-top keepsake pendant instead.
Can I add their name?
Yes — the locket face can be engraved with a name or a date. Tell us at checkout.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No — it is made to order with your engraving. Damage in transit is remade or refunded.
